The Earle Companies have been in the business of constructing and rehabilitating NJ highways since the early 1970’s.  With a firm emphasis on project control, we perform almost every aspect of our projects in house.  Our crews specialize in individual tasks with a great emphasis being placed on staging and scheduling.   Given these capabilities we are able to roll thru projects stage by stage and perform them with the exceptional quality we are known to deliver.

Outfitted with the latest technology, our crews have the capacity and expertise to roll onto a project, hit it hard and finish well within schedule.  In doing so we are able to reduce exposure which impacts the traveling public.  Our Highway Construction Project Management is fully trained and prepared to deal with the unique aspects of this market.

In an effort to increase safety and minimize traffic issues most of these projects are performed at night.  Our crews are experts in night operations and our equipment is outfitted with the state of the art night light packages.    Often times the roads we are working on have posted 50+ MPH speed limits with our personnel working inches away from live traffic.  With an emphasis on safety, we maintain all of the safety devices and equipment necessary to help ensure the safety of our personnel and the traveling public.
